CLUCK TO GO is a local-flavored American fried chicken brand founded by its creator in 2020, originating in New York and rising in Shanghai.

In February 2019, the founder, who had lived and worked in New York for 5 years, returned to his hometown Shanghai. As a fried chicken enthusiast, he blended American fried chicken with local sweet flavors.

In 2023, CLUCK TO GO opened its first physical store in Bicester Village, Shanghai, operating with a pop-up model. Building upon the foundation of high-temperature frying in the American style, the chicken retains its juicy and crispy texture, enhanced with specially crafted sauces, making it a favorite among Shanghai's trendy youth.
