Their passion for pho not only fostered a close friendship but also ignited a shared dream — to bring the unforgettable taste of pho to China.
Leon and Rob visited esteemed pho masters in Melbourne and acquired a coveted recipe. To enhance its flavor, they scoured local farms for the finest bones for their broth. Surprisingly, they discovered that Chinese spices added a unique dimension to the flavor profile, which inspired them to create the “FAT PHO Recipe”.
